I had a delicious pot roast w/ new potatoes, carrots, onions and peas. On the side I had fresh picked corn on the cob and some fresh fried squash. Red ripe tomatoes for those who wanted them. Absolutely tempting to overindulge. My husband said he could live off the gravy in the pot roast with nothing else. So I caught him several times sopping his bread in it.
