The dates appearing in the feed are often incorrect. They'll always show an article to be recent, even if it is quite old. I've had the same article be shown twice with a different publishing time on it. The algorithm is just pulling up stuff about vitamin D since you must've looked it up or talked about it recently, that's my guess.
