Population of California: 39,185,605 Number of Monkeypox cases in California as of 8/3/22: 826 State of Emergency over monkeypox declared as of Monday, 8/1/22, in California, with 0.00002108% of the population infected, yet the Dore Alley Festival in San Francisco continued this weekend.
