If the line "I know you're only 15, but I stopped caring" is true, no amount of talking can change that.

He stopped caring because he trusted he wouldn't get caught, which means he didn't care in the first place; he just didn't want to get caught.

oh right. So if a pedo isn't seen by anyone but the victim they are innocent? do you think every pedo who wasn't seen by a 3rd party should go free? coz that would mean pretty much every pedo in prison being freed. And dont forget Phil pled guilty to corruption of a minor
