I don't buy everything in the examiner article, but I do believe that the article more accurately defines Phillips than folks around here who reference him with probable Q clearance, ties to intelligence,, former intelligence, operator, former military, military and the like.
He appears to be a former, mediocre at best, State employee with questionable business dealings and who now has a pension for inaccurate date-fagging and hopium. Unfortunately, many eat it up.

And who cares what people around here speculate about Phillips? People speculate a lot of stupid shit about everything.
I don't know what the Reveal News mission statement is, nor do I necessarily care.
The article read with a bias filter provides some historical context to Phillips.
