I believe each state must make it easier to recall elected and appointed individuals who are not serving the people by following laws in their state and the Constitution. How that process would be needs to be developed, but officials need to understand they work for us, not themselves and their political aspirations and not the federal government.

I say the same thing for judges, if you have a habit of ruling unconstitutional shit that keeps getting overturned by a higher court, goodbye, go study some more.
