This is becoming a consistent issue over there. Stuff disappearing. Or finding out what they were told was one item was a different far less valuable item.
Lots of corruption. Most of the highly publicized anti-corruption purges over there are usually targeted at people who won’t play ball with the current ruling faction of the CCP. And aren’t about really purging corruption at all.
Plant staff might have sold it off the books for all the investors know. Blocks on withdrawals of currency mean people will need money sooner rather then later.
