Not enough… many lost promotion opportunities, damaged evaluations. Need a promotion + rehire/back pay. Otherwise we all have career killing marks on records.

He only mentions the military. I suspect if any of this ever happens it'll only be the military. Everyone else... maybe a shot a a $5 coupon if you're involved in a class action settlement. Yer on yer own here.
