Mullen actually sounds like a good company. If they can solve the battery life issue at a decent price point I might even be on board. Huge props to them for building a large plant in Tunica, MS. That's right smack in the delta and provides many much needed jobs.
People just irrationally and stupidly hate electric cars just because the left likes them. I get the hatred for any type of mandate, but there is a lot to be said for electrics. Lower maintenance and fuel costs for one. I could easily see buying an electric, paying it off, and having it become a total miles whore for commuting to work, groceries, etc.
If Mullen could take one of those delivery vans of theirs, downsize it slightly, put in more windows and folding seats like on the Pacifica, add AWD and some ground clearance, get the next gen battery tech, take out the BS frills, and get it in at a decent price point...well, sign me the F up!
Yes. I’m thinking that CEO is on the right track. Still more research needed, but it’s sounding like a paradigm shift is getting closer and closer to reality. 🙏

The Mullen site says the batteries are lithium sulfur. It would be nice to do away with the lithium aspect for car batteries all together.
