Let's see what happens when WI decertifies. How will this end up in the SCOTUS and what will their ruling be?

If SCOTUS says WI can decertify, how many other states will jump on board? Who will fight them and/or AT LEAST drag out the process so more damage can be done?

If SCOTUS split-rules that WI can't ... when does the military FINALLY step in?
