Yeah for sure, but he was 45 in this pic and he's 71 now, that's kind of a hard 26 years. I know for myself when I was 45 I looked like I was in my late 20s, early 30s, and it went downhill pretty fast from 45 to 60.

His wife was Guliani's #2 for a while and was appointed to run all libraries in NYC by him, so I dunno what to think here.
