$107k could be a simple miscode of a chemo drug administration that costs $50k a vial, $75-100k a weight-based dose. The rules of coding constantly change and as a nurse, not trained in coding, yet having to code charge tickets, we are not notified of changes until a ticket is rejected. Was it fraud or a mistake? Targeted by the justice system? I don’t trust any of it.
I’m sure its not, but it’s my first job in the outpatient area. I’m sure if something gets classified as fraud rather than a mistake, us pee-ons will take the fall. I don’t know how to fix it.

I got news for them.
That's not how a system works.
