The amount of ancient old systems, abandoned farm crap and new infrastructure put in place with minutes on the dollar and imported labor is terrifying to me. Especially in that small area. I want to tell 2 stories but I have zero desire for them to knock on my door tonight and those stories would link me to employers etc.

Ya, you know! Joint trenches to save money too, plus underground charts are never accurate. Be carefull, cut no corners.
