The FBI raid does in fact paint Trump in a more favorable light. It could also begin the dismantling of the FBI, and all three letter agencies. Many have already called for drastic measures in response to this fiasco.

It keeps him undercover as a stand up FBI guy, as his underlings will undoubtedly think they had the right to do this. Then when they do flip on him, he goes down with the ship

I hope you are right. The FBI, CIA, DOJ, DOE, IRS, NIH, CDC, FDA, and others need to be dismantled, defunded, and reorganized under a patriot controlled limited agency with very tight and strict oversight. Downsizing the government will save millions, if not billions.
