held in reserve to go after people involved with all the currently sealed indictments waiting in the wings? Once the dam breaks, things might progress at unbelievable speed. Just a shower thought.

They could be being hired as replacements.

And the $80billion could be so they could finally send out the returns they've been sitting on for years. Seems like they're broke.
