Yes both sexes are at fault and beyond sick. Parents entrust their children for 6.5 hours per day to these sickos. I think what is needed daily now is a concerned parent daily in the classroom to supervise, if you are sending your child to public school. No t all teachers are bad, but it seems to be increasing.
