Ok, I'm Canadian and I'm just talking hypothetical right now....

During our Gun License class they told us that IBM had the contract to disarm Canadians when the time came. Door to door, take back what they deem to be illegal firearms.

Could this be the same situation? Did the IRS win the contract for the US?
