I don't know if we can explain it, honestly. Assuming Q has neither been tricked nor are they lying / deceiving, my best guess is that if Q tells us to trust someone, that is because we may have good reason to think they are not trustworthy. Wray may be playing a role / double agent. Trump may have wanted the FBI to raid them in their desperation. It's not without the realm of possibility.
Basically, it's either 4D chess, disinformation by Q, Q has been tricked or Q is making things up / lying and I just don't think we can say which one it is with certainty.
