The Simpsons' showrunner has said the latest season of the animated family sitcom will reveal how they can predict the future with such accuracy.
Throughout its 33-season run on Fox, The Simpsons have become rather well-known for its uncanny ability to predict future events, and showrunner Matt Selman teased in an interview with Deadline that there will be an episode in Season 34 that offers some insight into how they do so.
'We have another crazy conceptual episode that explains how The Simpsons know the future,' Selman explained. 'It's a conceptual episode with lots of crazy stuff in it, but it does an explanation of how The Simpsons can predict the future.
