Does anyone feel that a certain type of technology has been keeping us down, or mostly a food / water / entertainment bombardment?

yes, I agree. we'll feel much better without the emotional vampires & when I need to keep my focus on what's in store for us, I watch this; think it's part of Q's 'destiny' for our world.
