Hired guys with the big degree, military experience, and as much as possible, in the worst places. They all had college degrees and most of them Didn't even list them on the resume.

The only jobs requiring a degree or certifications are the ones that the states license. Medical, law enforcement, construction, plumbing etc

A marketing degree the state does not deem worth licensing, yet.
