Seasoned peds POST-hype. Newbies PRE-hype.

We hype results. They bring us information or a plan that puts these assholes IN JAIL we'll hype to the max.

AFTER we see what kind of plan/info they have.

PRE-hyping is fun for a while. But after a while you just don't have the energy to hype things that may or may not go nowhere.
