Obviously, we can only speculate. But here's what we know:

It was something that scared the heck out of the DS members -- particularly Jeb and Laura Bush.

The White Hats wanted to wait until the casket was directly in front of the Bushes before presenting them the envelope.

The envelope must have something visual for such an immediate reaction. The Bushes would give an F if it said "We have it all." They already knew that.

Immediately after Jeb gasped in horror, he immediately turned and looked at the casket again as if thinking "Is that what happened to Dad?"

yes, this is always thought provoking. and after watching it again, it doesn't seem like Jeb had enough time to read anything; it was a very quick glance.
It all happened in a split instant. Its not like he had to study what was there. Whatever it was, it was damning.
Laura’s face was one of horror as well
She had that ‘oh my f’ing god / you mother f’er’ look on her face
Also notice George W give a quick glance over towards Trump as Laura is looking at the paper.
His glance is very different than Laura’s glare. More of a ‘I know we had to do it / it’s happening’ look
I’m open to the possibility other have speculated that W flipped at some point
Not only that, but both Laura and Jeb look over at Trump too. Whatever was on there, it was showing that Trump had something to do with it.
