Within this vid there are good descriptions of comparisons between the meter, yard, and Egyptian cubit. Sorry I don't have a time stamp. That vid actually gives some very profound inferences about the cubit if a person pays attention :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHhgLnIvuAs

The Egyptians standardized the length of the cubit, an interesting early example of standardization. Moses, as a Prince of Egypt sort of, would have grown up with that knowledge, implying that Bible measurements after Moses would likely have been on the Egyptian standard,
