I agree. Don’t know all the specifics but I feel he was overconfident and didn’t respect the handling characteristics of a rear engine sports car on top of having less than optimal tires. It drives me nuts. People try to find a conspiracy in everything. Sometimes people just die because of bad luck or earn a Darwin Award.
