Exactly. Many people think of the good they could do with FU money; many others might only think of how they would personally benefit (&/or benefit family/friends).

We have a really 'special' group of people around right now who want to murder most of everyone and then become god emperors of the rest, and even though they know this works out for the tyrants exactly 0% of the time they're going ahead anyway.
