My read of this is, it negates Q. It puts DJT as the architect and sole executor of the plan.

I agree. Its worth keeping an eye on.

As someone recently reminded me, the best lies are mostly true. So I would proceed with caution. Another thing to consider is, our issues are much deeper than just the EOP.
