In 1986’s Wygant v. Jackson Board of Education, the Court ruled against the Board, who created discriminatory firing practices to remedy past injustice.
Chief Justice William Rehnquist concluded that the layoff provision violated the Equal Protection Clause."
It seems like it's getting worse. So many fires to put out, where do we even begin when it comes to education? My immediate response is "homeschool your kids" - but that's not always possible, or there are restrictions put in place. The education/indoctrination system is in dire need of a complete overhaul.
The law only applies when it's advantageous to them. Otherwise it is ignored.

Until there are consequences just like toddlers they will keep trying.
