A 20 year awake "enough" friend is a VP at a publicly traded mortgage company. This has woke him up even more. That industry is a blood bath, laying people off, losing big money blah blah & "not a word in the news, WTF?" He says the crash is imminent and is "prepared to be unemployed soon" after 28 years in the same industry (banking prior).
