Like "Free Guy" we are game players and don't actually exist. Q could be an historical AI/programmer/hacker/code that purposely forshadows events in the "game". Could even be Mark Zuckerberg 85 years old reliving glory days in his Metaverse virtual pod. All the time travel/predictions is just part of the game.
