I think this could work in our favor right? Admitting they are disabled.... As long as the treatment of the mental disorder is actual treatment for the mental condition or trauma causing them to think they are the opposite gender.
Not the garbage of convicing them to transition and go through hormones and surgery. Those doctors need to go to jail.
I wish, but that is not how it reads. This is their end-around to get hormone blockers and trans-surgery for free and I bet social security will be the source of funds.
