I saw that clip too when the local "news" was cheerfully talking about passage of the new law. I remember thinking at the time, "that old dude looks totally lost." And I've seen that look before in dementia patients. Brain fog, eager to please his handlers.... just sad. And America has to put up with this nonsense.
