If you look at a photo of Anne Heche and one of the woman who’s house she hit the nose is identical.
Also the body on the stretcher has an obvious wig on that was blonde and just before the accident Anne was in a shop and bought a red wig.
When I saw the pic of the house owner my first thought was "she looks like a younger, chubbier version of Anne!"
