Absolutely not. You do enough psychedelics and you will discover that the spirit realm is very real and dangerous. Yes there are physical benefits at low doses and yes it’s extremely scary but interesting at high doses. The problem is that you’re opening spiritual doors in your life and the entities on the other side are deceitful and wicked. I’m an ex psychonaut, used to do insane doses. I can promise you one thing, you’ll never be the same person after a real heroic dose of your chosen psychedelic. You might also end up with ptsd.
You speak the truth. Also highly experienced.
The illusion is that the psychedelic state is a heightened state of spirituality and connectedness. It's a powerful illusion, because it's pretty mind-blowing and causes deep feelings.
Lucifer appears as an angel of light, his spiritual realm operates similarly. Until they bite you right in the ass and mock you with psychosis, or worse... distract you from the true path.
Real spirituality is following Jesus and walking in humility, serving others and choosing the right paths in this lifetime until we meet our Maker. I thank God to have made it through many years of heavy "psychonaut" lifestyle, BROKEN, but still able to bow before Jesus, call Him Lord, and be healed.
Yep, you get it because you’ve done it. We both speak from experience. Nothing quite like giving yourself schizophrenia and psychosis but nothing prepared me for having consequences in this reality from my trips. I realized I’m messing with something I shouldn’t when I started having ghost type activity around my house, sober. Also experienced by friends of mine so definitely not just in my own head.
I saw my ex-GF eyes go jet black like a demon once and I was sober. I was trying to prevent her from going out to score some hard drugs. You and I would probably have some interesting stories to share.
Hopefully someone heeds the warning. But as it goes, most people with that kind of curiosity have to find out themselves, the hard way.
You would think some among us would put 2+2 together and realize why Democrats want to legalize psychedelics and hard drugs. It ain't for our good!
Oh yeah, I've had some 'heroic doses' of LSD, once on accident, that shit was fucking nuts. We had 'only two drops' under our tongue, and about a half our later he called us back and said don't plan on going anywhere for awhile, because he was supposed to dilute it... Not what you drop on a few people who was in the midst of a serious body buzz... Luckily it was with the same couple of friends who we normally tripped together. Needless to say, that was a crazy weekend and it took some months before wanting to trip again. It's amazing how cluttered you make a house when you're tripping lol
I bet McKenna talked you into "heroic doses" ... now we know why.

[Audience] ...you obviously act as a very strong advocate for psychedelic drugs, has this attracted to you any official attention? Are you getting audited every year?
Um, well actually, I’ve never been audited. It doesn’t attract any attention. This is a great disappointment to the more delicately poised of my fans who would like to assume, you know, that we’re at the barricades, barely able to evade the long arm of the law. Uh, I don’t know. Their strategy in my case seems to be incredibly intelligent. They just completely ignore me [audience laughs] and why that is – maybe it’s because it just doesn’t matter, or because I use big words, I’m dismissed as an intellectual. We all know how powerful they are in America. [Audience laughs] So that’s that.
[Audience] – It’s because there’s obviously no money involved.
Well that’s the other thing. My theory on drugs, if you’re not making money from it, you’re of utterly no interest to anybody. Opinions are free.
[Audience] – Except that couple in, where is it, Calaveras that got arrested for having the frogs.
Well then there are the occasional, uh, examples.
[Audience] – They got arrested for what?
Toad-ranching. A heinous and nightmarish crime. They were extracting 5-methoxy DMT from Bufo Alvarius that they had in a domesticated situation in their home. And, uh, I suppose they were beaten with rubber truncheons and taken away, their house seized, their children taken from them, their animals murdered and so forth.
[Audience] – He was a teacher and a Boy Scout leader…
It just shows how deep into the middle class these nightmarish practices have reached. [Audience laughs] The abuse of amphibians is something our grandparents contemplated and yet here we are, you see. It’s an ugly, ugly business.
Nope, in fact I don't follow McKenna at all. I disagree with the common sentiment that he's some kind of psychedelic Messiah and I don't like how exalted he is by the community. He was just as baffled by the experiences as we all are, all he had was a peculiar way with words to describe them.
I started with microdosing for a few years and then became curious. I started to dabble with higher doses and thought I could handle the warped reality and the thought loops. Kept raising the dose from time to time and one fateful evening I totally fucked up. I went from zero to hero real quick. When you're snorting psychedelics, a tiny bit goes a long way and I made a big mistake in weighing it. The experience was taking hold as I was frantically trying to google if it will kill me, imagine that being your last thought as you completely break through to the other side. It was absolutely terrifying and I thought I died but the experience made me SO CURIOUS that I just had to do it again. This led into various attempts at monster doses, usually by combining drugs (especially ketamine so I would be immobilized, but nitrous takes tripping to a whole different level).
Most of my high doses ended up being done in silent darkness, because any stimulus was too much to handle. All I could do was lie down and be hypnotized by the experience. Funny enough he also advocated that but I ended up doing these things out of necessity. Then came my first contact with otherworldly beings, which at first I dismissed as just being "high". It eventually led to DMT and full face to face interactions. I realized it's not just just brain chemicals and drugs and there's more to it when the trips started to alter this reality we live in. Took me a while to figure it out because I refused to believe it at first.
they don't call it hippy crack for nothing!
lol
I'd like to share this quote with you.
...
TM: Thank you for taking your turn, you're next. Vitamin K, let me just say, and I say this because there's something I want to say. The word 'drug' has been tremendously misappropriated and corrupted by the movers and shakers of society. I mean we all, I believe it's safe to say, are repelled by obsessive self-destructive, unexamined behaviour and that's what is laid at the feet of drugs. However, chasing dollars or pounds, worrying about making a fashion statement, owning a Ferrari, all of these things are obsessive self-destructive habits, so I have a rule, a three-step test if you're thinking of availing yourself of a substance as part of your programme of self-growth and advancement. The first question you should ask yourself is 'Is it ...
Q: ?? afford it.
TM: 'How can I afford it', yes, well, that's zero -- moving on to one. Question one is 'Does it occur in nature?', and question two is 'Does it have a history of shamanic usage?' You see, if it has a history of Shamanic usage, then issues like 'Does it cause tumours, miscarriages, blindness, palsy?' -- this has all been answered, we have our human data, we have five thousand years of use by the Mazatecan Indians or somebody else, we have our human data sample. Then the third test is 'Does it occur naturally or do its near relatives occur naturally in the human brain?', because we don't want to insult the human brain, we don't want to toxify it, we don't want to poison it. Well, the happy conclusion of applying these rules is that the most terrifyingly powerful of the psychedelics pass all tests with flying colours -- DMT being the perfect example. DMT is a megatonnage hallucinogen -- it occurs naturally in the metabolism of every single one of us at this moment. If you were an American audience I would tell you you're holding a schedule 1 drug and are subject to immediate arrest and trial. Every human being on earth falls into this category. This is the Catch 22 that they hold in reserve if they ever have to come after us -- you are holding, and you can't stop yourself. The fact that DMT, that we return to a normal state in only a few minutes from DMT, argues that the non-invasive quality is very important. If you take a drug and feel wobbly 48 or 72 hours later or are having body aches or blurred vision or something like that, this is a drug to stay away from, this is not something you want to get mixed up in. You judge the non-toxicity of the drug by how fast your body is able to return you to normal. MK, which inspired the question, which is ketamine, doesn't pass any of these tests and I did it and I found the state very interesting, but when I saw the data on how it depressed the immune system and there's some concern that it may trigger epileptic kindling, I didn't think it was a good idea. Also the fact that you have to bang it, that's a bad habit. I don't think we should get into that because then it's a vector for disease and then pushes all kinds of the wrong buttons. Yes.
I really do believe a spiritual explorer must do it prayerfully which means invoking the name of Jesus and asking for guards at the gate, because hallucinogenics and other drugs including alcohol create areas in a person's etheric body that allow negative spirits to come in. If you don't, you may see and hear things you think are illusions but that are entities. You think they leave because the drug wears off? Don't count on that. Doesn't matter that my experiences were a long time ago. I can tell you, they did affect the rest of my life in some very sad ways. I did not know the love of Jesus, back then.
Do you think Jesus really wants to be invoked for protection because you're taking some drugs that he pretty clearly said you shouldn't be taking, though?
If you need Him, He will probably be there for you. But I don't like the idea of "using Jesus", when He probably has better things to do besides trip sitting those who refuse to follow Him as He described.
That said, I have seen His power in that realm, and it's amazing to witness the sheer supremacy of Christ in the spiritual realm.
The name of Jesus isn't to be misused. The disciples, those closest to Him, tried to cast out a demon in Jesus' name yet were unable to. His name carries no magic. He casts out the demon and explained to the disciples that this kind of demon can only be removed by prayer. Imagine that, nothing was so strong as the faith of Jesus, who tells us the faith of a mustard seed (very small seed) can move mountains.
You don’t get to eat from the devil’s table and get God’s protection simultaneously while on substances. By taking psychedelics you forfeit God’s protection and also agree to be possessed (physically or spiritually) it the entity so chooses. Praying before hand does nothing, would be the same as praying before murdering someone.
FUD. Find a plant community with a lineage. Yes there are "negative" energies, but they can be cleared / managed with a skillful guide..
