Yes, decades later my meditation master ( Buddhist monk) told me not to do it, he also advised, ' its dangerous...' we heard stories about people 'not coming back'...

In my case, it just happened, like spontaneous. Several times I went to see Heaven & Hell... that kind of thing... for sure the Good Lord saved me from the dangers...
