Looking for help/guidance. I can no longer get into my Truth account. When I type in the URL I get a spinning black circle that won't go away (as if something is loading). When I try to sign-in using the app on my phone, it says either my username or password is wrong, yet when I try to reset my password I get an error.
This has been going on for a while but life happens and other things have taken precedence.
Any help/advice would be appreciated. TIA
Maybe try on the computer.
I have tried changing my location on my computer, to no avail - I still get the spinning black circle. However, I did not restart my computer before I tried it.
