I associate Capitalism with the discovery of fire, invention of the wheel, firearms. Meaning, once capitalism was "discovered," theres no going back. It is the truest and most pure system for humans to interact with each other and the only system that can support and sustain a free society. They attack it so harshly for a reason. It's not perfect, but neither are humans, which is kinda the point. Its the left's pursuit of this perfection, the utopia, that creates more issues imo. Socialism is pushed because of this very thing. They think they can create a perfect system, you can't.
