This is part of a too-well-known tactic of first defining your enemy as somehow sub-human. An example are the many posters and movies put out in WWII where Germans and Japs were depicted as near animals with no spark of humanity in them. Looking at them today we can see how grotesque those caricatures were, but they served a purpose back then.

In memes, tweets, and other venues, the Left has already done this to conservatives and Republicans.
So now that this label is widely accepted by the Left, don't be surprised when they start calling for us to be rounded up and exterminated.
