There are people of all degrees, preferences and skills within all races.

Yeah, that's why I wrote this:

For each race there are individuals who break the mold, and thank God it's that way. It's fractal in nature, where the overall culture can be sliced up into microcosms, and then microcosms therein, as it is in nature as well.
