Working till 81 is fine, if you're healthy and doing a job you enjoy. I worked for a store many years ago, and the over 80 owner and wife both came in to work hard every day. They were wealthy, but they liked working in the store and seeing people every day. The last job I had was in an office. One of the principals of the firm was well over 80 and a millionaire, but he worked every day because he enjoyed it. He smiled most of the time, but don't ask him a stupid question or do something stupid. He's also very conservative.
