They point out how the raid creates a precedent and Trump and his people make sure to point that out at every opportunity. Precedent is important and will matter in the future.

Another indication that Trump was behind this is that he announced it to the world and deprived the media of something they've been dreaming about for years. If the Biden admin and bad guys were behind it, the media would have been tipped off and waiting to get footage of the FBI arriving and leaving.
