This is all confusing. On one hand some say the loans are being canceled with Trump's EO to crush the banks. On the other some say the govt sending out $20k checks.

Nothing is going to happen. They'll delay until after midterm and blame Trump. There will be no money given to the goys
Exactly, even Pelosi said last year that the president has no power to forgive debt, he can delay it, but not forgive it. It's a delay tactic, then shift blame to the Rs.
