That should increase the size of Russian forces.
President orders Russian military to increase its number of soldiers by 137,000 to a total of 1.15 million...that's a lot of cheeseburgers. 😆
He’s only raised the number by 3,000….on the last conscription decree 2 years ago. these decrees are signed every 2 years in line with the next conscription intake….
Putin is doing nothing out of the ordinary here…..
