Wow, I wish my community was as organized as yours. I’m in the process of contacting my teacher friends in the local public schools who are Christian and against this agenda. A lot of the local teachers here are totally oblivious to what is going on!
Start with attending some school board meetings to just listen to citizens who approach the board with issues. Attend a meeting or two and just watch and listen. Then start reaching out to the people who are standing up. Connect with them and then reach out to like-minded people to join in on a social gathering with those you meet at those board meetings.
Find local social media groups related to parents and your local schools; JOIN THEM. Just watch the postings and make casual comments without showing too much where you stand. After bit, start reaching out in private messages with those who have expressed that they are not happy with the indoctrination of children in schools. Share with them any ideas you have to bring about change or reach out to them to ask them if they have ideas. Have them attend school board meetings as well. Also look for any local social media groups claiming to be "patriot", "conservative", etc. Try to attend any events or gatherings they have; verify that they are in fact what they claim they are. Join forces.
Can discuss what issues you are seeing/hearing in your schools and formulate a plan on how to tackle those issues. Then you as a group attend those school board meetings and bring up those issues, presenting facts to back up the issues, to the school board.
Look into Parents Involved in Education (PIE) and see if there is already a group in your area (this not the group I am involved in as we do not have one here yet) and even the FB group "LaVerna in the Library - Utah's Mary in the Library" which has great resources if you want to start doing your own research into what your school libraries are stocking on the shelves.
I have met so many people in my area and although we do not all align with everything (for instance, many are die hard Noem fans but I am not and voted for her challenger in the primary a few short months back) but we each have our own skills and specific interests (medical freedom with medical transparency, education, election integrity, crime, etc) that our group is able to get people to focus on those areas of interest, keep the group as a whole updated on any upcoming laws/bills impacting them, work on our legislators on those areas, work to find people who would be great candidates to represent cities/towns, counties, etc because of their stances on those issues, etc.
