Too late for compliance with the code. They broke it. It's time for consequences according to the code.

I think this is in reaction to the legal case pending, which took a great deal of time to organize and put in motion by dedicated people. By the way, what have YOU done to strengthen observance with, or penalties by, the Nuremberg Code? Awfully easy to make pot-shots from your armchair.
