We had N America's first lockdown of 2020 in January when municipal and provincial governments cancelled all public snow removal during a winter storm (SnowmageddonNL) in eastern Newfoundland. Businesses were ordered closed and people were told to 'stay home and stay safe'. Everybody said I was crazy when I predicted worldwide lockdowns were coming and this was the dress rehearsal. Three days later, the first N American case of the bolognavirus was reported in Washington State and 2 months later St. Patrick's Day was cancelled and the whole world was locked down....coincidence?
