This is a request for a special master, not an appointment of one.

The hope is that Barbara Jones, same special master appointed for the Project Veritas, Michael Cohen, and Rudy Giuliani cases, will be appointed to the Mar-a-lago case. As I understand it, Biden’s govt people filed a request to object. Upon receiving approval, they then filed a 40-pg brief on the topic, which I have not yet seen.

The Special Master move is still in play.
