Thought about Moderna suing Pfizer for patent infringement

I find it interesting for one of the big pharma companies to go after another one just as massive as they are. It will be fun to watch Moderna go after Pfizer in court in their patent infringement case. I just wonder, which of the two will be the first to collapse under the weight of its own corruption?
