Most likely, yeah. The logo isn’t really that similar though. As for the coloring, they’re both red. By that logic they also have ties to Target, Mitsubishi, and the Kansas City Chiefs

It’s not a big one at all though. Both companies are named dominion and have red in their logos, yes, but they aren’t affiliated.

Most of the time I’d say coincidences are just that
