Some of his details about EO 13848 are off (like 60 days vs. 45 days), but generally good. He's reading things into these EOs that I don't clearly see, such as that EO 13919 generally activated the national guard as opposed to just authorizing the SecDef to activate <= 200 for counter-narcotics operations for up to a year. I don't recall that Trump was at Joint Base Andrews around noon on Jan. 20, 2021 as he suggests, but I recall his 21-gun salute and speech and departure all happened by 0900.
